The Associate General Counsel will work with the General Counsel and other members of the Legal Department to provide legal advice to Eastern Bankshares, Inc. (the « Company »), Eastern Bank (the « Bank ») and Eastern Insurance Group on SEC, regulatory, governance, transactional and contractual matters. The Associate General Counsel will also work closely with the heads of the Company`s Investor Relations, Compensation, Treasury, Finance, Internal Audit and Risk departments on a variety of matters.
