Talking on the phone while driving is a big distraction that increases the likelihood of a teenager making driving mistakes. For example, many states have introduced specific restrictions on mobile phones for young drivers. For example, a Maine driver must complete driver training that includes 30 hours of instruction and ten hours of driving training. However, different states have different requirements.
