Monash transitioned to medical school based on the premise that today`s demands on the medical workforce require a higher level of research and critical thinking skills, as well as a greater focus on patient safety. Selection for an interview (MMI) in December 2022 is open to rural and Victorian students and is based solely on the UCAT score.
