I have had a tidal account for almost a year now. The app works great! Banking is easy! Opening an account goes well. Basically, everything is just a perfect picture! UNDDD THENNN… One fine day, I get a message saying that they need more information about my business details, more proof of certain transactions, etc. If this is not done within 7 days, they may need to suspend my account. I PROVIDED THEM WITH EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FOR. BUT THEY STILL BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT. GET AWAY FROM THE TIDE OF SMALL BUSINESSES. Their in-app chat services are SUPER DECEPTIVE.
