When using TD Global Transfer and making a funds transfer, you must ensure the accuracy of all information required to complete the money transfer, including, but not limited to, account numbers, card numbers, email addresses, your name, the name of the payee or beneficiary, telephone numbers and any other information required to complete the money transfer. You agree that it is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information about yourself and the recipient. Please carefully review the information you have entered or that may have been pre-filled based on the recipient information you previously provided before making the money transfer. Providing inaccurate information may disrupt, delay or prevent the completion of the money transfer, including funds deposited with anyone other than the recipient. In the event that you provide incorrect information, we will not be responsible for verifying the information you provide, cancelling the transaction or recovering funds transferred as a result of that transaction, and we will not be liable for any losses you suffer due to your failure to provide us with accurate information.
