Supply Division seeks nutrition innovation consultant UNICEF is seeking an individual international consultant for a secondary analysis of prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV (PMTCT) in Kyrgyzstan. The dataset for this analysis will include « A rapid evaluation of the programme component of the strategy to combat mother-to-child transmission for the elimination of HIV and syphilis in Kyrgyzstan ». The adviser is also expected to conduct up to 10 interviews with whistleblowers to develop obstacles and recommendations to accelerate progress in MTCT prophylaxis and continued antiretroviral treatment for infants in Kyrgyzstan. Main target groups: Ministry of Health, UNICEF, health policy makers, research centres and universities, NGOs, professional associations and development partners in Kyrgyzstan.
